Year 4 Re-Designs South Parade Pier

Year 4 have been studying the seaside and its features. As part of this topic, we visited Southsea as an educational visit and then re-designed South Parade Pier to attract visitors.

Here we surveyed the local residents and the visitors of this beautiful town. We then turned this data into graphs which we printed and then used later for our Learning Event. As all of you who have attended our learning event will know, we re-designed South Parade Pier so it will attract people of all ages.

Year 4 have created various companies, logos, slogans and mascots to represent our newly developed Piers. Using the information from our survey we designed our Pier so it would be modernised and perfect for every customer. We worked as a team to give each other ideas and advice to perfect our presentations so we could deliver it to you. A great experience had by all.
