Campus Accessibility

School premises are accessible for those with specific mobility needs. Parking for disabled badge holders is available in the designated parking bays which are situated in front of the school hall. If you require assistance upon arrival we recommend that you contact the school office and a member of staff will accompany you into the building.

The most direct and wheelchair accessible route into the school from the disabled parking bay is to follow the pathway that runs alongside the main school building and leads to reception. Upon arrival at reception, please use the intercom to request entry and any assistance you may require from staff. The matting in the school foyer is wheelchair friendly.

A hearing loop is available for use in our reception area for those with a hearing impairment. Please switch your hearing aid to T (telecoil) mode.

All corridors around the school building are wide enough for wheelchair access. A portable ramp is available if required however, we recommend that on entering and exiting the building the main reception door is used.

A disabled toilet is available on site and is fitted with a panic alarm.

Written material can be provided in Braille or in languages other than English and should be requested via the school admin office.
